These terms apply to your use of tiffanilindstrom.com and to any session you book through it. The site is operated by Tiffani Lindstrom, CPA, CVA.

Everything published here — episodes, articles, guides, and answers — is general educational information. It is not tax advice, it is not legal advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Paid sessions
A session is a fixed block of time at a fixed price, paid in advance. Payment is taken before a time is held, and booking opens once the payment clears.
A session is a consultation. It does not include preparing or filing returns, representing you before the IRS, issuing a formal valuation report, or ongoing advice after the session ends. Any of those is separate work under a separate engagement letter.
You may reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email. Inside 48 hours the fee is not refundable, because the preparation has already been done. If Tiffani Lindstrom, CPA, CVA needs to move your session, you may choose a new time or take a full refund.
Your responsibility
Advice given in a session is only as good as the facts it is based on. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you provide, and for any decision you take afterwards.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, liability arising from a session is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
