What is collected
Your email address, if you give it
The only personal information this site asks for is an email address, and only when you request a guide. There is no name field, no phone field, and no form on this site that asks for more.
Addresses are stored and sent through Beehiiv, which hosts the mailing list and delivers the guide. A record of which guide you requested is stored alongside your address, so that follow-up email is relevant to the situation you asked about rather than generic.
Anonymous usage statistics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not store your IP address, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect anything that identifies you personally. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Payments
Session payments are handled by Stripe, and scheduling by Cal.com. Card details are entered on their systems and are never received or stored by this site. Each holds the information needed to process your payment and booking under its own privacy policy.
What is not done with it
Your email address is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with other advisers, lead brokers, or advertisers. There is no advertising pixel on this site.
Email you receive
Requesting a guide subscribes you to email from Tiffani Lindstrom, CPA, CVA. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent unless you sign up again.
Your rights
Whether or not you live somewhere that guarantees them, you may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. Email tiffani@lindstrom.cpa and the request will be handled within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the lawful basis for sending you email is your consent, given when you requested a guide, and you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top.
